Show Description:
Shew!! Finally making it back on Stageit after a busy summer, being on the road and a catastrophic hurricane in the mountains!! What a wild ride it has been! We are thankfully safe here in the Asheville region but much of our area is heavily impacted and our businesses and economy have taken a hit... Thank you so much for caring about western NC and my family - many of you have reached out to check in and even sent funds my way, which have been crucial for making it through these tricky times. Thank you thank you thank you!
This show marks the beginning of my winter season and next chapter in my music. I will be focusing heavily on Stageit shows these next few months and producing my next album. There is a lot of work to be done and time to pour into these projects that I've been compiling for the "off season" and I need your help making it happen!
I am launching a GoFundMe as a hurricane relief fund combined with production of my new album. This will not only support the creation of my new album in the next few months, but it will help pay the bills and keep the lights on. There are some fun milestone goals and donation prizes included in the description! Thank you in advance for your support!

It's very exciting to be hitting the pavement for my solo music again! I will be doing regular solo shows on Wednesday nights (unless we find a better time for you all) and will also be diving into TreeHouse! tour shows the the upcoming weeks. I have so much to share with you and can't wait to catch up with the Stageit Fanily!

Jason Hazinski is a saxophonist & multi-instrumentalist from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Saxophone and improvisation have been his identity for 23 years, combining Blues & Soul with a Reggae heartbeat. His original composition, improv jams and videography transport you to the magical world that he’s always called home. Drawing from the roots of the Ancient Appalachian mountainside, Jason produces music that feeds the heart and heals the soul.
A passion that started in the 5th grade, saxophone instantly became Jason’s locomotive in life. He began composing original music, forming bands and preforming professionally in high school. He has been recording & releasing music with bands since 2009 and released his debut solo album in Sept of 2021, titled “Land of the Sky”. This album embodies the magic of Jason’s homeland, raw creation and love of improvisation.
Jason performs his original music as a solo artist and is a primary member of the Reggae bands Chalwa (Asheville, NC) and international touring band TreeHouse! (Myrtle Beach, SC). He has shared the bill with some of the greats, including: The Wailers, Steel Pulse, 311, SOJA, Stick Figure, The Hip Abduction and many more.
